Working for yourself might seem a bit far-fetched and unreachable, but everything starts from the ground up. Being able to be your own boss is tough but it is do-able, with a little help.
London’s Small Business Centre will be holding a free 1-hour seminar which will inform aspiring entrepreneurs on how to start a business, learn about resources, and learn how to grow your business.
Building your own business allows you to have the freedom you want while working on something you love.
I spoke with Travis McEwan, founder and CEO of Jacked Scholar, about what it was like to start a business from nothing. He said that, “you’re not really paying yourself or making a lot money off the get-go but any money that you are making is being reinvested back into the business to help continue the growth.”
Having a successful business that is run by you is an incredibly difficult process with low reward in the beginning, but through perseverance and dedication it can be achieved.
The Small Business Centre will hold the seminar on Tuesday, April 19th as well as Tuesday, May 3rd.
