The show, directed by Hume Baugh, acted as a cumulative performance for many of the second year students from the set designers to the actors on stage.
The story of “Of Mice and Men” follows an unlikely pair of friends as they try to survive America during the Great Depression. George (Dustin Didham) and Lennie (Shawn Levis) played captivating roles immersing the audience into the set made so simple and effective.
Among the pack a few first year students were given the opportunity to play key roles in the production and work alongside Baugh. Brandon Kulic, who played a young and empathetic Whitt, is one of these first year students who was given a role in his first professional production.
“For each and every single student it has been a different journey to get where they are today.”
~Karen Harley, Program Coordinator
