Exam season is upon us. The stress of finishing final projects and studying for exams can be overwhelming. And while school is important, so is taking care of yourself.
One way to relax is by doing yoga. Yoga can benefit your mental health and also your physical health. It allows you to focus on the now and get away from the stresses of life for a while.

Elaine Cudmore was at Green T Wellness for a Hatha Yoga class on Thursday. She has been doing yoga for 10 years. Cudmore enjoys doing yoga for both the physical and mental benefits.
“I think I would need therapy if I wasn’t doing yoga. I do up to three or four classes a week, right now I’m down to one but I also do it on my own. It has given me that ability, learning in class to do it on my own ” -Elaine Cudmore
