The Middlesex County OPP have identified the victim of a three vehicle collision to be a King’s University Student.
Emil Pietruszewki, 21, of London died following the collision which occurred around 1 p.m. on October 29, 2019 on Elginfield Road near Wonderland Road.
According to police, Pietruszewki was driving eastbound in a minivan.
He turned left before an eastbound sedan struck the rear of the minivan, causing it to enter into the westbound lanes.
A westbound commercial truck then collided with the minivan.
Paramedics and ORNGE attend the scene.
Pietruszewki was taken to hospital by air, but later succumbed to his injuries.
A visitation service and funeral are scheduled for November 4th.
Police say the driver of the commercial truck did not sustain any physical injuries.
The driver of the sedan was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Charges are pending the completion of the investigation.
