Dan and Jamie Kokiw grew up in Mississauga Ontario. These 2 brothers grew up loving barbeques, beer and beef. With these 3 loves Dan Kokiw decided that in college he would become a certified butcher. 
Years went by and life changed but, Dan and Jamie never lost the passion for beef. Both brothers realized that the meat industry was flooded with lesser quality and overall inferior meats, so in the summer of 2020 the two brothers wanted to make a change to the meat industry.
The plan was to open their own meat shop so, they started making preparations however, the pandemic got in the way and put those meat shop dreams on hold. Until a year later in 2021 Where they were finally able to make their dream a reality. 
With Dan’s 20 year of experience of meat cutting and Jamie’s advertising background There’s endless potential on what this little dream can do for the meat industry.
