Fanshawe hosted its annual Career Opportunities Fair, where 150 employers gathered to recruit students. Attendees were searching for part-time, full-time, and other employment opportunities. The Fair is a perfect chance for students and graduates to explore a wide variety of career options and meet with different employers.
The Job Fair offers motivated and talented students seeking employment a wealth of opportunities from employers. Even if you are not currently looking for a job, the Career Fair is a great chance to build connections with potential future employers. Brigitte Mackinnon, Fanshawe’s Career Services Event Coordinator, says, “I would say that Fanshawe’s Career Opportunities Fair… is an opportunity for students and alumni to network and connect with industry professionals while exploring employment opportunities.”
The event typically attracts 150 employers and 3,000 students, with Mackinnon adding, “… it is one of the largest in Southwestern Ontario.” The Fanshawe Career Opportunities Fair next year will be hosted during the first week of March.
